Miao Wei said that in the past two years, the Ministry of industry and information technology has focused on the construction of the planning system. By the end of last year, the formulation of the 1+x planning system had been completed and released, and a total of 11 supporting documents had been formulated to support the development of the whole "made in China 2025". At the same time, it is also continuously improving some supporting policies, focusing on five major projects and key landmark projects, using key breakthroughs to drive comprehensive progress, and continuously achieving the phased goals of 2020 and 2025. Specifically, there are the following aspects:

first, the implementation effect of the five major projects has initially shown. In terms of the construction of manufacturing innovation center, the first national power battery innovation center has been established, and the construction scheme of the national additive manufacturing innovation center has also passed the demonstration. At the same time, 19 provincial manufacturing innovation centers have been established in all provinces and cities; In the aspect of Intelligent Manufacturing Engineering, 226 comprehensive standardization test verification and new mode application projects of intelligent manufacturing were carried out, and 109 intelligent manufacturing pilot demonstration projects were selected, in which the import of bauxite and laterite nickel decreased by 49% and 33% respectively year-on-year; In terms of industrial foundation strengthening projects, 19 test service platforms for single yarn stretching of industrial technology based public services were built

second, major landmark projects have achieved phased results. Taking the robot industry as an example, the first flexible composite industrial robot in China has been successfully developed, and the annual output of 5 years has been achieved. fourth, quality brand building has also achieved initial results. Through a series of work, 251 brand cultivation demonstration enterprises have been established in the whole industry, and 22 enterprises have participated in the first batch of brand construction pilot projects in industrial cluster areas
